“Windage” pushrod tubes or pipes are based on the original design, but with the crankcase side kept longer so they protrude deeper into the crankcase.
When taking sharp corners, the oil sloshes around in all directions, which can even cause the oil suction pipe to run dry momentarily, resulting in a loss of oil pressure. In the original setup, the oil is scooped up by the pushrod tubes, which we want to avoid. That’s why the crankcase side of this “Windage” version has been kept longer, ensuring the oil stays where it belongs.
Supplied in sets of 8 (excluding gaskets, part numbers: 300299 or 300509), consider adding these separately.
