Belt guard

Louvred

When the engine is fully exposed, as with Buggies, Bajas, and Trikes, this belt guard is a required accessory.

They are available in two versions: louvred or perforated. They are attached to the nuts of the dynamo support and ensure that the two pulleys and the V-belt are not accessible.

Supplied complete with fastening material.

Note: if a chrome-plated dynamo pulley nut and ring are mounted (300886), a cutout must be made in the belt guard!

Not to be used on a Beetle with a closed engine compartment, unless the guard and the sheet metal around the engine are modified.
