Description
For an air-cooled engine, the engine sheet metal is vital and must therefore be in good condition to prevent any form of cooling air loss.
The cylinder cladding consists of two parts that are placed over the cylinders on the left and right side, connecting at the top to the cooling housing and at the bottom to the warmest conductive sheet metal that removes the used (warm) cooling air.
The cylinder cladding is available in the original black color. If you want to turn your engine into a piece of art that can be seen, they are also available in a chrome-plated version.
If you opt for the black sheet metal, you can have it painted in any color you want, which is more difficult with chrome sheet metal.
Suitable for: Type-1 engines 1300, 1500, and 1600 cc up to 7.1970.
