To mount the cooling fan on the alternator, you need an adapter that slides onto the alternator and onto which the fan fits.

Adjustment rings are mounted between the fan and the adapter; install as many rings as necessary until there is a clearance of 1.8 mm between the alternator plate and the fan.

Secure the fan with the spring washer, followed by the mounting nut (36 mm), to a torque of 60 Nm.

This mounting kit includes the adapter, the mounting nut with spring washer (an extra spring washer is included as a spare).
