In older models, the bracket that holds the clutch cable on the left side of the gearbox is integrated into the side cover. Later, this was changed to a separate bracket that is secured together with the cover mounting bolts. Replacement due to the bracket no longer being able to do its job will not occur frequently, losing it is the most common reason for purchase.
