Description

If you can no longer rely on your fuel gauge or if it always shows “full” or “empty,” then the float in the fuel tank, which is mounted at the top of the tank, may need to be replaced.

First, check if the gauge still works properly by touching the connection wire to ground; the gauge should then swing to the maximum position (only for electric floats).

Repairing an electric float is not possible; replacement is the only solution.
